Products and colours

We describe and photograph our fabrics as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or texture between the photos and the actual fabric may occur because of screens and lighting, and are not considered defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order using the methods offered at checkout.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we cannot verify the order details.

Delivery

Delivery is made within the United Arab Emirates as described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

If you create an account, please keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

The Gemash name, logo, photos and content on this website belong to Gemash and may not be used without our permission.
