Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your emirate and area. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, and any free-delivery offers, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Receiving your order

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
